God vs. Devil

The relationship between God and Devil is very interesting. How evil gomes into the world, what are the motives of Devil, how God realizes his plans etc. These things are very difficult to understand and everyone understands these based its own background and thinking principles. This article is one version; perhaps not the most right view. The Bible describes the birth of evil: ”You were the seal of perfection full of wisdom and perfect in beauty….You were anointed as a guardian cherub, for so I ordained you…..You were blameless in your ways from the day you were created till wickedness was found in you.” (Ezek. 28:12-15). So Devil is a lapsed cherub, who fight against God’s will and plans.
The most important task of Devil is to accuse us. One example from the Bible about Priest Joshua: ”Satan standing at his right side to accuse him” (Zech. 3:1). What is the reason, he accuses ? It is the sin, which is someway in us all. But Devil does not have basis to accuse, if God cleans us: ”See, I have taken away your sin, and I will put fine garments on you.” (Zech. 3:4). So God has some reason to defence us. Who is our defence counsel ? ”My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have an advocate with the Father—Jesus Christ, the Righteous One” (1.John 2:1). It means, that Jesus is already damned, so He can be our advocate as Devil accuses us.
The only aim of Devil is to get the right to do something bad to us. But he can not do anything without Gods’ permission. This principle is described in the Bible very accurate in Job 1:6-12. Devil accuses and demands God to test Job. God is righteous and gives to Devil the right to test. Notice, that Devil demands God to do, but actually God gives him the right to do. It means, that all bad things, which we understand to be a punishment of our sins realized by God are actually done by Devil. He gets the right to punish us, because God is righteous. Anyway, as we trust in God and that Jesus has judged for us, Devil has no any right to make something really bad to us.
All blessings and curses are the results of the negotiation betseen God and Devil: If Devil has the basis to accuse us, it results curses, but if Jesus has the basis to defend us, it results blessings. One example is in the Bible: Deuter. 11:26-28.
Any case, the possibilities of Devil are very limited; as time: ”He is filled with fury, because he knows that his time is short” (Rev. 12:12). Finally, Devil can no more accuse us, as God takes authority: ”Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say: “Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Messiah. For the accuser of our brothers and sisters, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down” (Rev. 12:10).
We are all someway sinners, so the only way to get the eternal life, is to accept Jesus as your saviour and let him to defend us in front of God.
